At Balance Psychiatry & Mental Health, I understand the importance of a comprehensive and holistic approach to mental health care and treatment, and I am dedicated to helping you achieve mind-body-soul balance.

There are many Complementary and Alternative Therapies that can be incorporated into your treatment plan, including but not limited to, herbal supplements and/or vitamins, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, and/or intuitive work with a Spiritual Life Coach & Holistic Well-Being Specialist. Complementary and Alternative Therapies can be valuable tools for managing stress and fostering emotional balance and resilience, while sessions with a Spiritual Intuitive Life Coach & Holistic Well-Being Specialist offer a practical and logical approach to spirituality and an opportunity to explore your life purpose and goals from a higher perspective.
